Agreement
These Terms govern access to schedule.site, including the scheduling product, Taylor scheduling assistant, imports, notifications, and related account services. By using the service, you agree to these Terms on behalf of the workspace you administer.
Accounts and workspaces
You are responsible for the accuracy of workspace information, user permissions, and invited staff accounts.
You must keep credentials secure and promptly remove users who should no longer have access.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service, attempt to bypass security controls, upload unlawful data, interfere with availability, or use Taylor to harass, discriminate, or make employment decisions outside your lawful policies.
Scheduling output
schedule.site helps generate schedules from the rules and data you provide. You remain responsible for reviewing schedules, complying with labor laws, honoring employment agreements, and publishing only schedules appropriate for your business.
Imports and integrations
Import tools are provided to help move data from supported systems. You represent that you are authorized to access and import the source data.
Billing and trials
Paid use is billed according to the plan presented at signup or in your account. Trials may be limited, modified, or ended for abuse.
Changes and termination
We may update the product and these Terms. You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend access for security risk, non-payment, or material violations.
