Hosting and database
Cloud infrastructure providers host the application, database, container runtime, logs, and backups needed to operate schedule.site.
Email and SMS
Transactional email and SMS providers may process recipient addresses, phone numbers, message metadata, and message content required for notifications, invites, verification, and assistant SMS if enabled.
AI providers
When assistant conversation features are enabled, AI providers may process prompt context and message content needed to generate replies. Scheduling actions remain authorized and executed by schedule.site services.
Analytics
First-party analytics events may be processed to understand marketing conversion and product reliability. These events are not sold for third-party advertising.
Updates
This page is updated as subprocessors materially change. Customers with contractual notice rights should follow the notice mechanism in their agreement.
