Data Retention
A factual summary of how schedule.site retains workspace, assistant, import, audit, billing, security, and backup records.

Operational draft — legal review required before public launch. This page is provided for product transparency and operational review. It is not legal advice.
Workspace records
Active workspace records are retained while a workspace is active unless a product control, administrator action, support-approved deletion request, or legal requirement calls for earlier deletion.
Assistant transcripts and action audit
Assistant transcript content follows the configured assistant retention window in live storage. The default product setting is 90 days. Before purge, transcript content is copied into a long-term diagnostics archive for platform operators. Archive retention can be configured separately; workspace legal holds block purge regardless of TTL. Non-content action audit records may be retained longer for security, compliance, and dispute-resolution purposes.
Imports and integration credentials
Import credentials are encrypted while needed for extraction and purged after snapshot extraction, job cancellation, or job failure cleanup according to product behavior. Staged import data may be purged after review and cutover windows close.
Authentication, security, and audit records
Authentication, security, platform-administration, support-session, and audit records may be retained to protect accounts, investigate abuse, and preserve operational integrity. Login, logout, failed authentication, password changes, and structured account field changes are recorded in dedicated security and account-change event tables searchable from the platform Diagnostics console.
Billing and transactional records
Billing, invoice, tax, and transactional records may be retained as needed for accounting, compliance, support, and dispute handling.
Backups and logs
Backups and operational logs may retain deleted records for a limited recovery or security window before aging out through normal infrastructure lifecycle controls.
Deletion requests
Workspace and account deletion requests are logged in an operator-reviewed queue. Legal holds may be applied to preserve records during investigations. See Data deletion for request instructions.
